  • Our mobile app is designed to enhance your experience through gamification features like points, levels, and rewards. No additional personal data is collected in the app. Users log in using credentials already created during registration on Ecotrack.
  • c. Ecotrack Platform
  • Swift Express uses Ecotrack, a third-party logistics platform, to manage deliveries, track packages, and process payments. You may be registered on Ecotrack in two ways: 1. Through our website by submitting your registration form. 2. Directly by our office agents, who will collect your information and create your Ecotrack account on your behalf. Regardless of how your account is created: The same data is used (name, email, contact, business info). No additional personal data is collected through Ecotrack. All data is securely handled and limited to service-related usage only.
